Nayanthara as female lead, was released earlier today. Apart from Mr Local,
Sivakarthikeyan has already signed two films, one with ‘Indru Netru Naalai’ fame Ravikumar and another with ‘Irumbu Thirai’ fame

Kalyani Priyadarshan, daughter of veteran director
Priyadarshan,who made her acting debut with
Akhil Akkineni’s ‘Hello’ might be roped in to play the female lead. Though there are reports suggesting that, there has been no official confirmation from the makers till now. This could be her second film in Tamil, after Vaan, which has
Dulquer Salmaan playing the lead. Vaan is directed by debutant Ra Karthik. SK15 is bankrolled by 24AM Studios and this is the fourth time Sivakarthikeyan is teaming up with production house after Remo, Velaikkaran and Seema Raja.
