We hear that Vijay Sethupathi and Arya will play interesting roles in Purambokku, which is to be directed by Jananathan. The director says, ���Vijay Sethupathi will essay the role of a railway khalasi ��� a local guy who does all the helping work within the railway department. He does a new job every other day. I have narrated this role to him (Vijay) and he is currently studying the nature of the role.
Arya will play the role of a social activist, who has strong principles. These two guys will meet at a crucial point in the film, which forms the main plot of the storyline.��� The makers are planning to shoot the film in some of the locales in Jaisalmer and Bikaner. Jananathan says, ���The first schedule of the film will commence from January next year in Kulu Manali. We will then head to Jaisalmer and Bikaner.���
Meanwhile, the makers have retained the title,
Purambokku, after the controversy over the title. He says, ���The title issue has been sorted out with Natty Subramaniam, who claimed the same title. Since we have registered it first, we are retaining the title.���
