It was only a few days ago that the team moved to Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh to continue the film's shoot. While the shooting has been going on in full throttle, the members of the cast also find time to relax and enjoy the beauty of locations they shoot in. Now, Karthi, who plays a prominent role in the film, has shared a shot he clicked from Maheshwar. He shares the pic of the clear sky in Maheshwar. Interestingly, the actor also captures the cinematographer of the film, Ravi Varman, on frame. And Karthi, on social media, mentions it, saying how interesting it is to become a photographer for a director of photography. Sharing the pic, he writes, "Magic in the skies!! #Maheshwar For a change i shot our DOP! @r_varman_ (sic)."

A few days ago, actor Rahman, who's also part of 'Ponniyin Selvan', on his social media page, revealed that the team travelled from Gwalior to Indore by train and from there to Maheshwar by road. According to reports, actor like Jayam Ravi and Vikram, have completed shooting their portions in the film. The buzz in the industry and among movie buffs is that the team will wrap up the entire shooting of the two-part film in September. The film is expected to hit the screens in 2022.
