When Jayalalithaa turned down a Rajinikanth film!

While the entire nation is saddened by the demise of AIADMK leader J Jayalalitha , an interesting trivia about Jayalalithaa has surfaced online. A letter by Jayalalitha herself to a person, addressing him as 'Piousji' who wrote for 'Khaas Baat,' a publication house, clarifying she wasn���t vying to make a comeback to films.

(1980). However, actor Sri Priya grabbed the offer after Jayalalithaa turned down the role. This was in response to the article written stating that she struggling to stage a come back into acting.

Brian Laul who has posted the letter on Facebook, says that the letter was for him and he has kept it safe. But interestingly, the second page of the letter has not been revealed by him, and part of the third page has also been masked.
