The actor arrived in a red car to cast his vote and the details of the car registration certificate went viral after it was traced by its number. And to everyone's surprise, the certificate indicated that Vijay's car insurance is expired, and it has raised allegations against the actor.

To clear the allegations, Vijay's PR manager has shared the updated insurance copy of Vijay's Celerio and confirmed that the car's insurance is valid till May 2022.

Right after the clarification, the allegations against Vijay had started to dip, and fans stood in support of the actor as they always do.

Vijay was spotted in a green shirt when he arrived early morning on February 19th to cast his vote. The responsible actor had also apologized to the public at the polling booth for the ruckus that happened due to his arrival, and he also helped a photographer from falling down while leaving out of the polling booth.
