The much-awaited trailer of Thala Ajith’s
Viswasam
was released a while ago. And Thala
Ajith seems to be on fire yet again. He is seen in a rustic avatar taking baddies head on in the action drama. The line ‘ Yen kadhaiyila naan villain da’ is sure to make the audience erupt with a thunderous applause. Ajith plays Thookudurai, sports a handlebar moustache and is seen wearing a veshti in all the scenes. He seems to have a romantic heart , too, courtesy the scenes with
Nayanthara.
Jagapathi Babu is seen as a menacing villain just like the one in Vijay's Bairavaa.
The star cast for Viswasam includes Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu, Vivekh, Thambi Ramiah, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar and Kovai Sarala. This is the fourth collaboration of Thala Ajith and director Siva after Veeram, Vedalam and Vivegam. Music for the film is by Imman and cinematography is by Vetri . Ruben is in charge of editing. The trailer is said to be the New Year gift for Thala fans. The commercial entertainer is slated for Pongal release.
