Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal, who was last seen in 'Lal Salaam', is currently in Mumbai. The star actor has apparently caught up with Aamir Khan's 'Lagaan' director Ashutosh Gowariker while in the city. Vishnu Vishal's friendship with Aamir Khan happened when the Bollywood star was in Chennai for his mother's medical treatment. Ashutosh Gowariker apparently had word of praise for his film 'Gatta Kusthi'.
Looks like his friendship with Aamir Khan, paved way for his meeting with the acclaimed director, who is known for helming the epic musical sports drama Lagaan, Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Swades' and the epic historical romantic drama 'Jodhaa Akbar'.
Sharing a picture of himself with Ashutosh Gowariker, actor Vishnu Vishal wrote, "Had a super time meeting the director of my favourite movie #LAGAAN .. Discussed a lot about movies in general especially Tamil cinema .. Thank you #AshutoshGowariker sir for the lovely time and your insightful thoughts about cinema and also your appreciation for #GattaKusthi."
Meanwhile on the work front, Vishnu Vishal is set to collaborate for a film with director Arunraja Kamaraj. He is also joining hands for the third time with director Ramkumar after 'Mundasupatti' and 'Ratsasan'. Apart from these, he also has a film with Chella Ayyavu, who directed 'Gatta Kusthi' and 'Aaryan' directed by Praveen K.
