after an intense workout is nothing new. Several actors, too, have done that and have posted pics and videos of the same.
Vishnu Vishal is the latest to join the bandwagon. The actor, who tied tied knot recently, took to his Instagram account to post a short video of him religiously taking an ice bath. The video also had the popular 'Never Ever Give Up' sound track from Ajith-starrer

playing in the background.
With the caption 'Never ever give up', he also added that he couldn't stay fit as he desired during the lockdown and he is all set to make up for it. Though he is suffering from back pain, he said that he doesn't feel like giving up. He wrote in the video, "Lost abs and body caz of lockdown, back pain but ain't gonna give up. Make do emergency home ice bath for recovery."
