' director Anand Shankar is facing hurdles even before it has started rolling.

Director Anand Shankar has planned to shoot major portions of the film in

Malaysia

. Vishal, who is currently producing both the films 'Chakra' and 'Thupparivalan 2', was expected to bankroll this third film as well. But when the overall budget of the film was calculated, it went a little higher than what was expected and Vishal is now trying to find a new producer for his film with Anand Shankar. Also, director Anand Shankar, who tried to reduce the cost of the film in some way, has now dropped the idea since the domain of the story is big and requires that kind of a budget.

Vishal's untitled film with Anand Shankar will feature Arya as the antagonist while Ritu Varma will play the female lead opposite Vishal. The music of the film will be scored by S Thaman and it is expected to start rolling from May 2020.
