While these reports have been going on for a while, the latest is that the talks of Vijay and Jr NTR starring together in a film seems to have gained momentum again. It is said that the two stars might team for a film and director

might be directing the film. It this happens, it would Atlee's fourth film after his hattrick of hits, Theri, Mersal & Bigil with Vijay.

Reports doing the rounds is that the film could be 'Thalapathy 67' and will take off only in the second half of 2022. While the announcement of 'Thalapathy 66' itself is yet to be made, looks like the fans will have to wait a bit longer to hear any sort of official announcement about the film.

Interestingly, earlier in 2019, Jr NTR and Thalapathy Vijay’s fans were busy debating on social media about who’s a better dancer of the duo. It would be a treat for the fans to watch both Vijay and Jr NTR dance together.
