Vijay Sethupathi to sport eight looks in his next

We had told you earlier that Vijay Sethupathi will be playing a tribal leader in Arumuga Kumar’s Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren. Now, we hear that Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in eight different looks in the film.
Arumuga Kumar says, “The film’s story is centred on Vijay Sethupathi, a tribal leader who comes to the city. In the second half, the story shifts to the forest, and takes place among a tribal community who observe very distinctive rituals.That’s why he will be seen in different looks.”
The director reveals that most of these makeovers have been achieved by hairstyle changes and eyebrow styling. “A team of three hair and makeup professionals, who regularly work with Vijay Sethupathi, worked behind it,” says Arumuga Kumar, adding that, it used to take an hour for the actor to put on the makeup.
The team has almost finished shooting for the film, with just a week’s shoot, involving one of the eight looks of Vijay Sethupathi remaining, the director informs. “It is a flashback portion and we are going to show the tribal leader as a 20-year-old. Vijay will be seen in a clean-shaven look and we are waiting for him to finish his present commitment, for which he has a different look, to proceed with the shoot,” he says.
