However, the films were reportedly pushed forward.

According to reports, actor Udhaya, with the help of TPFC, had requested the producers of the films to postpone their films to make way for his film

'Utharavu Maharaja'

. The producers and distributors of both the films have apparently agreed to postpone the two big ticket films to give way to the medium budget films for a safe run before the massive '2.0' hits the screens on November 29.

Udhaya had released a statement to thank the producers, distributors and the TPFC release regulation committee for the kind gesture. The producer and actor are eagerly awaiting the release of his film 'Utharavu Maharaja' slated for release on November 16 and will face competition from films like Jyothika's

'Kaatrin Mozhi'

and 'Sei'.
