Vijay Milton to direct Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar; Suriya makes the announcement

It’s official. Director Vijay Milton is all set to direct Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar in his upcoming film. Actor Suriya made the announcement on his micro-blogging page and wished the team. He wrote, “Birthday wishes and respects to Shivanna and happy to announce @NimmaShivanna ‘s next with @vijaymilton & @Dhananjayaka My hearty wishes to the team! #Shivanna58thBirthday.” The new was revealed on Hattrick Hero Shiva Rajkumar’s birthday.

There has been a buzz for a long time that the director is in talks with the Kannada icon and that he had narrated the script to him. Interestingly, Shivrajkumar and actor Dhananjaya will be back together for the film. They had earlier worked together in Tagaru. Cinematographer Vijay Milton turned director with Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkiradhu. He fetched accolades for his film, Goli Soda. He has also directed 10 Endrathukkulla, Kadugu and Goli Soda 2.
