Vijay makes a grand entry at 'Varisu' success celebration; watch video

Vijay’s ‘Varisu’ was released in theatres on January 11 and the film within a month has made a box office collection of Rs 300 crore worldwide. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the movie is a family emotional drama featuring Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. The film has become a blockbuster of the year and is all set for its digital premiere on February 22 on the OTT platform.

The movie crew in January celebrated the movie’s success by cutting a cake and the images from the event went viral on social media. Now, a new video has been circulating on social media and it has the ‘Varisu’ team celebrating the success of the movie. It is the first time that the video of the celebrations is being shared and fans are happy to see Vijay making a grand entrance.



‘Varisu’ was also released in Telugu as ‘Vaarasudu’ and the movie gave a stronghold for Vijay in Tollywood as well. The rest of the film’s cast include Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, Sangeetha Krish, SJ Suryah, Yogi Babu and Ganesh Venkataraman. The film’s music is composed by S Thaman. ‘Varisu’ has also become one of the highest grosser films of Vijay.
