Vijay Antony's 'Tamilarasan' locks a release date

Vijay Antony, the music director turned actor is busy with his films as a hero and he has an interesting line-up. Directed by Babu Yogeswaran, 'Tamilarasan' is one of the long-delayed projects of Vijay Antony, and the film would have been released in 2020. But the corona outbreak and other reasons delayed the film's release. However, the makers have found a suitable release date for the film, and the Vijay Antony starrer is now officially announced to release in theatres on Dec 30.


The makers released a new trailer for 'Tamilarasan' a few days back, and it stirred up the buzz for the film. Vijay Antony takes on the action route one more time, and from the trailer, it seems like he is going to fight for a social cause. Ramya Nambeesan plays Vijay Antony's wife in the film, while Suresh Gopi, Sonu Sood, Yogi Babu, Radha Ravi, Robo Shankar, Munishkanth, Kasthuri, and Sangeetha play important roles in the action thriller. 'Tamilarasan' is a special one for Vijay Antony and his fans as the film's music is scored by Ilaiyaraaja and the participation of the musical maestro has added great power to the film.

Vijay Antony is also part of 'Ratham', 'Kolai', 'Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan', and 'Agni Siragugal' and all films are in different stages of production. 2023 is going to be a busy year for the composer-turned-actor, and we can expect back-to-back releases from him.
