Vijay Antony's 'Tamilarasan' gets a new release date

Directed by Babu , 'Tamilarasan' is an upcoming thriller film starring Vijay Antony and, in the lead roles. The film had previously been planned for a release on an earlier date but was postponed due to unknown reasons.

The movie makers on Friday, April 14 announced that the movie will be released on April 21. 'Tamilarasan' stars Radha Ravi, Sonu Sood, Sangeetha, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu among others in important roles. Vijay Antony plays the titular role in the film as a cop while Ramya plays his wife. The music for the movie is composed by Ilaiyaraaja.


On the work front, Vijay Antony is all set to make his directorial debut with 'Pichaikkaran 2'. He is also awaiting the release of his film 'Ratham' directed by CS Amudhan. The actor has a few more movies in the pipeline namely 'Kolaikaran', 'Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan', and 'Valli Mayil'.
