Actor Vijay Antony's 'Ratham' team had been camping Thailand for the final schedule of shooting for the film directed by CS Amudhan of 'Tamizh Padam' fame. The team had been shooting an action sequence which included some dangerous stunts have apparently wrapped up the shooting for the film and returned to India.
'Ratham' is said to be a mass entertainer loaded with unexpected twists, turns, and surprise elements and the film has Ramya Nambeesan, Nanditaswetha and Mahima Nambiar, playing crucial roles. Director CS Amudhan posted, "And…we are back in India having wrapped the shoot for #Ratham . With a major portion of the post-production also being over, the days is not far off when we will see you in theatres! My thanks to members of the cast who performed dangerous stunts without hesitation." (sic)
Stand-up comedian Jagan Krishna will also be seen in a prominent role. Actors Nizhalgal Ravi, John Mahendran, Kalai Rani, Mahesh, OAK Sundar, Meesha Goshal, and Ameya are a part of this star cast. While the film has cinematography by Gopi Amarnath, Kannan has composed the music.
