Music composer turned actor Vijay Antony was injured while shooting for his upcoming film 'Pichaikkaran 2', in Malaysia earlier last month. The actor himself had updated his fans and the audience about his health condition from the hospital in Chennai earlier last week. Now, Vijay Antony has revealed that he is 90 percent cured and has resumed work from today.
Sharing about his health, Vijay Antony wrote in Tamil, which translates to, "I am 90% cured. My broken jaw and nose bones have joined together. I don't know what, I feel happier now than ever because of you. I will start the work of 'Pichaikkaran 2' today which will be released in April."
The 'Pichaikkaran 2' actor, who had suffered severe injuries on his jaw and nose had undergone a major surgery and has recovered well. Vijay Antony had got hit on the face and chest, and was left with bleeding lips after the accident. Kavya Thapar, who was also on the boat with Vijay Antony, suffered an injury on her head, and she had also returned to Mumbai for a break.
