Actor Vidharth, who was last seen in Chithiram Pesuthadi 2, is all geared up for his next. Titled

Natchatraa

, the film is said to be a mystery, and its first-look poster has already generated buzz on social media.

had earlier mentioned that Natchatraa would be a mystery thriller, and now, through the first-look poster, the team has hinted at supernatural angle as well.

Ask Manoj about it and the debutant says, “Certain things are better when experienced directly on big screens rather than the team speaking about it. That’s the mysterious part of Natchatraa that I believe audiences will find it worth watching in theatres.”

Talking about how the film came together, he says, “If not for the belief that producers Premnath Chidambaram and Vellay Sethu sir had on my script, this would have not been possible. We are all happy as a team now to see the project shaping up exactly as we planned. Vidharth’s inmost dedication over offering abundant life to his character will reflect in each and every scene. His character is more like a man of few words, who believes action speaks louder than words.”

While Anjali Nair (of Nedunaal Vaadai fame) will be seen playing Vidharth’s wife, the cast also Sendrayan, Santhosh Prathap, Sangili Murugan, Aadukalam Naren and Lakshmi Priya. Barath Raghavan has composed music for the film, NS Uthaya Kumar has handled the cinematography), and Mani Kumaran, ABR and Rajashekar have handled editing, art and stunts respectively. The post-production work is on and the team will be making official announcements regarding the film’s audio, trailer and theatrical release.
