Vetri completes dubbing for Jiivi 2

The team of

Jiivi 2

had earlier announced that they had wrapped up shoot of the film and are now working on its post production. The latest on that is, they hve finished dubbing as well, with Vetri, who is playing the lead, completing his portions today. The makers had taken to social media to announce the same, and had also shared pictures of the cast and crew.

Jiivi 2, a sequel to

Jiivi

that released in 2019, was announced in March this year. Director VJ Gopinath, who had helmed the first part as well, had tweeted, "Triangle Theory Starts Again �� #jiivi2."

And in just 27 days, the team had wrapped up shoot for the film as well. The music for the sequel has been composed by KS Sundaramurthy and the editing for the movie is being handled by

Praveen KL

. The cinematography for the film is by Praveen Kumar. While Babu Tamizh had penned the screenplay of the first part, Gopinath himself has written the script of this film.

With post-production on in full speed, the team is hoping to release the film by this year.
