Venkat Prabhu eyes Samantha and Ileana for Biryani

Known earlier, after Alex Pandian and All in All Azhagu Raja, Karthi���s next will be Biryani, a romantic comedy teaming with Venkat Prabhu.
The Mankatha director known for his unique style of movies is on the hunt for the female lead for Biryani. Sources reveal that actors Ileana and Samantha are being considered for the role.
With Samantha busy on Gautham Menon���s bilingual Neethane Enn Ponvasantham, Mani Ratnam���s Kadal and a host of Telugu movies, has her dates full.Ileana the Tollywood sensation, has almost completed her Hindi flick Barfee and currently has in her kitty Julayi and Devudu Chesina Manushulu in Telugu. The actress to have not yet signed any other new projects, has chances bright to be cast opposite Karthi for Biryani.
Venkat Prabhu���s next tentatively titled Biryani will be produced under Studio Green banners, with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music. Camera works by Sakthi Saravanan, editing by Praveen and action sequences will be coordinated by Silva. The other cast and technicians of Biryani are yet to be out.
