Venkat grooves for Amudhan

Venkat Prabhu was recently spotted on the sets of Rendavathu Padam grooving with Ineya for retro number Roja Poo. Venkat Prabhu has a cameo appearance in the film, directed by C S Amudhan.
���The audience should beware,��� says Venkat Prabhu in jest. ���I have grooved in dance numbers earlier but this song is very special ��� I don���t exactly dance in it but I do have to perform some moves that were popular in the 80s.In those days, the directors used to give importance to the lyrics matching the expressions.���
Ask him about the plus of being an actor, and he laughs, ���I get fruit juice at regular intervals, whereas as a director I don���t get such privileges on the sets.��� He adds, ���I am very comfortable as an actor. I am currently acting in a couple of films, in which I have got good roles to play.���
Amudhan says, ���Venkat Prabhu���s cameo appearance will definitely add credibility to the song. He has a sporting spirit. Though he is very busy, he immediately allotted a few days for this song. We have recorded the song with live orchestration so that the audience gets to experience an authentic feel of the 80s.���
