'Varusa Nadu' is a different love story

Director Suriyaprakash, known for his family entertainers, including Maayi and Diwan, is ready with his next. Titled Varusa Nadu, the film is based on a real-life incident. He says, ���The film is a pucca entertainer, with equal doses of love, comedy and sentiment. It���s based on an incident that happened in a small village in Dindigul district. I���ve adapted it for the big screen.���
The film stars Kumaran and newcomer Srishti in the lead, and has MS Bhaskar, Yuvarai, Mayilsamy and CID Shakuntala, among others in supporting cast.He says, ���In films, lovers mainly face opposition from either their family or because of caste, status or ego clashes. But in this one, none of these factors hinder the lead pair���s love story. Their relationship is in trouble because of a totally unexpected reason. The audience will be surprised when they see the film.���
