Varun Dhawan compliments 'Jigarthanda Double X' team

The upcoming Tamil film 'Jigarthanda Double X' is all set for its release in theatres on November 10 for Diwali. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the film is a sequel to the 2015 superhit film 'Jigarthanda'. The director has made it clear that the film is not a continuation but just the concept is the same as the gangster drama. The movie features SJ Suryah, Raghava Lawrence, Nimisha Sajayan, Sanchana Natarajan and Naveen Chaandra in important roles.The music for the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
The trailer of the film was launched two days back and it was received well. Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan took to Twitter and said that the trailer of the film looks like "absolute firecracker" and wished the entire team. Reacting to the trailer, Varun Dhawan's statement read, "#JigarthandaDoubleX looks like an absolute firecracker. Big treat awaiting the audience this Diwali. @karthiksubbaraj has always been an exciting filmmaker, wish him the best.”
Karthik Subbaraj also thanked Varun Dhawan for his comments.

The makers of the film have also launched a 2 minute 38 second long making video giving a glimpse of how the movie sets were made and how the training and shooting process were done. 'Jigarthanda Double X' has a runtime of 2 hours 50 minutes and the film has been certified U/A by the censor board.
