Sarathkumar who was last seen in 'Chasing' in Tamil, has joined the cast of Samantha’s 'Yashoda'.

Varalaxmi has been roped in for a pivotal role in 'Yashoda' and has apparently already joined the sets of the film as well. Interestingly, this will be the first time she is sharing screen space with Samantha. The filming of 'Yashoda' is expected to be completed by March 2022.

Touted to be a new-age thriller, the film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. The technical team consists of Mani Sharma and M Sukumar handling the music and cinematography, respectively.
