’ was released on February 24, Thursday and within its first three days, the movie has already entered the Rs 100 crore club. It is expected that the movie will run in theatres for the next two weeks with a good capacity of audience in theatres. The movie was considered a success as the pre-sales business surpassed 76 crores in India reportedly. After the release, the fans have both appreciated and depreciated the movie, but the comments have not made the film to fail.

Now, the first deleted scene from the movie was released on February 27 by the movie makers and within 24 hours the deleted scene has received more than a million views.

The movie is nearly three hours long and after its first day, the film has been trimmed by 14 minutes. As the film reportedly trimmed many scenes, it is expected that the movie makers along with the 14 minute video that has been recently removed from the film will release many more scenes from ‘Valimai’ online in the coming days.
