Vaibhav's Buffoon trailer promises a gripping crime thriller

The trailer of Vaibhav’s next film titled 'Buffoon', directed by debutant filmmaker Ashok Veerappan, was released yesterday on social media. The thriller-drama has music composed by Santhosh Narayanan. The makers have announced the film will hit the screens on September 23.

The film looks like a crime thriller. The director has ealier said that the film follows the life of drama artistes who keep travelling and performing plays like Valli Thirumanam and Harichandra Mayaana Kaandam. The issues they face on the way and how they overcome them forms the story. Director Venkat Prabhu released the trailer of the film through his social networking page.


The movie is produced by Stone Bench Films & Passion Studios Production and the cast includes Vaibhav, Anagha, Joju George, Anthakudi Ilaiyaraja, Naren, Moonar Ramesh, Tamizh, Adukalam Jeyabalan, Madurai MP Vishwanathan. The technical team includes cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman and editing by Vetre Krishnan.
