Vadivelu sues Singamuthu for Rs 5 crore compensation

Actor Vadivelu who was last seen in the film 'Maamannan' is currently shooting for his film 'Maareesan' in Tamil alongside Fahadh Fassil which will be an entertainer. The comedy actor recently filed a lawsuit in Madras High Court againt actor Singamuthu as he allegedely made defamatory marks on Vadively in social media.

Media reports suggested that the comedy actor sought Rs 5 crore compensation as damage ove the actor's statements on social media. Vadivelu sumbmittted a plwas to the court asking them to issue a permanent injuction preventing Simgamuthu from making anymore defamatory marks agaisnt him, and responding to the case, the Madras High Court has now directed Singamuthu to respond to the case.

Reportedly, Singamuthu in an interview with a YouTube channel has been making false and deragatory comments about Vadivelu's professional and personal life and it has caused the actor's mental health significanlty giving him pain and misery.
