Vadivelu lodges complaint against Manobala and Singamuthu

Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu has lodged a complaint against Manobala and Singamuthu at the

Nadigar Sangam

. Actor, director and producer Manobala runs a YouTube channel called

Waste Paper

in which he interviews artistes from the film industry. In one such interview, Singamuthu, who was part of the show, seem to have made disparaging remarks against Vadivelu. And it looks like Manobala circulated the video among people from the film industry, going by Vadivelu's statement.

Vadivelu then lodged a complaint against Manobala and Singamuthu at Nadigar Sangam and said that the duo was defaming him. In the statement, Vadivelu said that he has been part of the film industry for the last 30 years. He added that he had helped the Sangam in whatever way possible. “In the interview by Manobala, Singamuthu had made derogatory comments about me. Manobala, in turn, had shared the same on the Nadigar Sangam WhatsApp group. I am already fighting a legal battle with Singamuthu. And, this has put me under lot of stress. I request you to take action on the same,” he said in the statement.
