Director Sachy who directed the film, passed away yesterday after suffering from a heart attack. Vishnu Vishal shared his condolences on the demise of the director of 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum' Sachy.

Vishnu Vishal has been heartbroken on hearing the demise of Sachy and shared his condolences with the director's family. He also praised the director's last two works 'Driving license' and 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum' as the two Malayalam films that he had loved the most in recent times.
Sachy had had two surgeries in the last few days. The first was a successful one, but the second one reportedly resulted in a heart attack. Sachy's brains were eventually affected later and he had been in a critical stage for the last few days.
