It has been quite some time since we saw Trisha on the big screen. She was seen last in Sundar C's 'Aranmanai' and Dhanush starrer 'Kodi'. The actress has been busy with her upcoming movies like 'Mohini' and is eagerly awaiting the release of '96' which is slated for release this October 4.

She has almost wrapped up the shooting for her next 'Paramapadham Vilayattu'.

In this film, the actress will reportedly be portraying the role of a doctor and also a mother of a girl.
Speaking about the film, the director said, “This action thriller is about how a person gets into trouble while helping someone else and how she manages to get out of it. We’ve almost completed the shoot and have only about ten days of filming left.”
Elaborating further, he added, “The remainder of the film will also be shot in both Chennai and Yercaud. In Yercaud, we’ll be shooting in the 200-year-old Robert Clive mansion as it is apt for the story.”
Produced by 24 HRS, the film stars Nandha, Richard, AL Azhagappan, Vela Ramamoorthy, Imman Annzchi, Chaams and Sona. Amresh has composed music for the film.The film is in its post-production stage and is expected to be released by Diwali this year.
