After walking out of the much-hyped Saamy Square, a sequel to her previous hit Saamy with Vikram and director Hari, Trisha has started shooting for her next film. Titled Paramapadham Vilayattu, the film is being directed by debutant Thirugnanam and has her playing the lead.
A source in the know says, “Trisha had signed the film over three months ago. But she got busy with Saamy Square.

However, she recently tweeted that she was opting out of the film, owing to creative differences. A few days later, she landed at Yercaud to start work on her next film, a heroine-based thriller. Apart from Trisha, who plays the protagonist, the film also stars Nanda and Richard in pivotal roles. While RD Rajashekar is handling the camera, Amresh Ganesh, son of actress Jayachitra, is scoring the music.”

Interestingly, the team is shooting at a 200-year-old bungalow that’s believed to have been the summer house of Robert Clive, the commander-in-chief of British India. The source adds, “Trisha has an interesting look in the film and the team will be shooting there for another 15 days.”
