Munai' which got recently certified with a ‘U’ Certificate.
Vikram Prabhu plays an encounter specialist in the film.
Director Dinesh Selvaraj makes his directorial debut with this film. Earlier he was an assistant director of
Mani Ratnam. Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, the film stars Vikram Prabhu and
Hansika Motwani in the lead and this will be the first time they both have been paired up on screen together. MS Bhaskar, Vela Ramamoorthy and Mirchi Shah will reportedly play important roles in the film.
Rasamathi is set to crank the camera while Bhuvan Srinivasan will take care of editing. Music for the film is composed by the brother duo LV Ganesan and LV Muthukumarasamy, the sons of music maestro L Vaidhyanathan.
The teaser released sometime back was well received by the audience. This film will mark the third collaboration between Vikram Prabhu and the producer Thanu. Earlier they have worked together in '
Arima Nambi
' and his last outing '60 Vayathu Maaniram'.
