We had earlier reported that director Jagannaath of
Pudhiya Geethai
fame is making a film with
Anandhi in the lead. Because of its quirky title, En
Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom
, the film has already piqued curiosity among movie buffs.
Talking about the film, its director says, “I have tried something different this time. My film is more of a situational comedy, which revolves around heroine’s lost slippers. The story moves forward whenever those slippers reach a new place. Some scenes of the movie make you emotional, too.”
Jagannaath adds that he has been working on the film’s script for the past three years. “Major portions of the film were shot at
Kadalur
, during those rainy days in the month of December and January. Actor Thamizh, who is also known as Pakoda Pandi, is playing the lead in the movie.
Yogi Babu also has a crucial role in this film.”
