The trailer of M Anbazhagan's upcoming film
Aduthu Saattai
was out on Friday. The film, which features
Samuthirakani,
Athulya Ravi and Thambi Ramaiah in the lead roles, is expected to be released on November 15.
The film will see Samuthirakani reprise his role as an upright college professor, who strives to straighten up the corrupt education system in the society. The film is a sequel to Anbazhangan's 2012 film
Saattai.
While the plot of
Saattai was set in a school,
Adutha Saattai is set in a college. Samuthirakani, who was seen playing a teacher working for the betterment of students in the Saattai, will be seen playing a lecturer in the sequel. The has music by
Justin Prabhakaran, and co-stars Junior Balaiah, Yuvan, Sree Raam and Kaushik Sundaram.
