Thaman is on a song!

Music composer Thaman is equally prolific in Tamil today as he is in Telugu, and has also managed to bag big films like Settai, Vallinam, Vaalu and All In All Azhaghu Raja (AIAAR).
���Initially, when Kannan approached me for Settai, I was very nervous because the original had no songs in the narrative. However, Kannan had made suitable changes in the script to make it a family entertainer and now the songs are gradually climbing the charts,��� says Thaman.
Talking about the two standout numbers in the film, he says, ���I���ve worked with Gana Bala after Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasiaya for the song Edhathan Kandutte���.We wanted to give a massy sound and it will look even better on screen as it will have Premgi dancing to it.
As for Agalathey Agalathey���, it is my latest hit with Madhan Karky, who is brilliant. He makes everything so easy during composing.��� Among his other projects, the composer says that Vallinam, for which he is teaming with his Eeram director Arivazhagan, will have fast-paced numbers while Karthi���s AIAAR will have earthy songs and melodies.
���Since Vallinam is a sports based film, we have gone for upbeat songs while AIAAR will have what one expects in a Rajesh film ��� instantly catchy numbers,��� he says.
