After the massive success of 'Bigil', Vijay is working with director Lokesh Kanakaraj for his next. The film was temporarily referred to as 'Thalapathy 64' and now its title has been finalised. Latest buzz suggests that the film has been titled ‘Doctor’ and will address medical scandals and NEET issues. And official announcement from the production house is awaited. Earlier it was reported that the first look and title of the film will be unveiled on the occasion of New year.
The shooting of 'Thalapathy 64' is currently going on in Delhi and pictures of Vijay shooting for the film are going viral on the internet.
Vijay Sethupathi plays the villain opposite Thalapathy Vijay. The film will also feature

Andrea Jeremiah, Shantanu Bakkiyaraj, Antony Varghese, and Gowri G Kishan in pivotal roles.
