Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film 'Jana Nayagan' has been generating significant buzz since its announcement, with high expectations from fans. According to a report from Valai Pechu, the makers failed to clear the wages of FEFSI (Film Employees Federation of South India) workers for over 20 days, leading to a formal complaint being filed against the production at the association. Following this, FEFSI intervened and took action by halting the shoot until all outstanding payments were settled. The shooting, which was taking place in Chennai, has now been put on hold, causing a delay in the film’s schedule.

The unexpected pause in production has raised concerns among fans and industry insiders, as 'Jana Nayagan' was progressing at a steady pace with back-to-back schedules. The film is said to feature Vijay in a power-packed role with intense action sequences and a compelling storyline.
