. The veteran actor's daughter AV Jayaveena, a student of Sri Ramachandra University in BSc, Sports Sciences, recently bagged three gold, two silver and a bronze medal at the all-India Inter-Univerity aquatic championship held at Punjab University, Chandigarh.
'Jayaveena's tryst with swimming began when she was just two and a half years old. I remember her coaching telling me that she was all smiles when she jumped into a pool with 9 ft water and came out smiling. She used to accompany her older brother

, who is also a swimmer. There has been no looking back for her since then. Though I do not know much swimming, I am glad that both my children are getting better at it day by day,' says the proud father.
