Thakur Anoop Singh is the villain in S3

The S3 team had been looking to cast the perfect villain for a long time, and it looks like the wait has finally paid off. We hear that director Hari has signed on Thakur Anoop Singh, a bodybuilder, for the negative role in the third instalment of the Singam series. Thakur will be making his Kollywood debut with this Suriya-starrer.
���Thakur is the main villain and he has already started shooting for his portions in Chennai.The team is planning a major action sequence abroad, featuring Suriya and Thakur, although they are yet to finalise the location,��� says a source, adding, ���Initially, the team was looking to cast a Hollywood actor as the baddie, but they zeroed in on Thakur, thanks to his bodybuilder looks and unique features. Thakur had contested in World Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand, and had even won a medal for the country. ���
Thakur, who is a popular face in Hindi soaps, is currently working on the Telugu film Rogue, which is being directed by Puri Jagannadh.
