Technical wizards bag top honour

We catch up with the two cinematographers who won the Filmfare Award this year
This is my second Filmfare award, after Laysa Laysa, in 2002. I feel very glad. Filmfare is always very special to me because it is the first award that I received for my work. I thank my director Vikram Kumar, Suriya and everyone from the team of 24 for making this award happen.

It feels good to win a Filmfare award for the second time.Such recognition is always a pat on the back. Thozha (Oopiri) was a feel-good film which portrayed the emotions of a few characters. I’m happy my work has been appreciated. I’m also glad to share the award with Tirru, who has been putting up a consistent performance.
