Taapsee
has signed her next in Tamil. The actress will be seen in an out-and-out comedy, directed by debutant
Deepak Sundarrajan, which also stars
Vijay Sethupathi in an important role.
A source in the know says, “Taapsee plays a street-smart woman in the film. It is a humour-based script and has a huge ensemble cast, including some well-known comedians from
Kollywood
.”
We hear Deepak is presently in Jaipur, where the film will be shot. The source adds, “Deepak, son of veteran director-actor R Sundarrajan, has assisted
Vijay before. He is doing his recce now in Jaipur and plans to start shoot as soon as permission is granted.”
