The director of Shortcut Romeo (remake of the Tamil film Tiruttu Payale) has already begun working on his next project. The film has is a 3D superhero action film and the director aspires to cast Salman Khan in the lead. Susi Ganesan was quoted saying, ���We are looking for an A-lister. Due to the strong message in the film that appeals to the masses, I am thinking of Salman Khan," said Ganesan, adding that he had already completed the script and that it will release next year.
The shooting for the film is expected to begin by the end of the year.
The director is now looking forward to the release of
Shortcut Romeo, which will also be promoted at the Cannes film fest. The Hindi version has Neil Nitin Mukesh, Puja Gupta and Ameesha Patel in the lead. The original had Jeevan, Malavika and Sonia Aggarwal playing lead roles.
