Suriya to resume NGK shoot after wrapping KV Anand's film

It’s a well-known that Suriya and filmmaker Selvaraghavan are working on their film ‘NGK’, which is one of the most awaited releases this year. After a delay in shooting due to Selvaraghavan's illness, the team is set to resume shooting for the film starring Suriya, Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet in the lead roles.
Suriya, who is currently shooting in Kulu Manali for 'Suriya 37' directed by KV Anand is expected to wrap the schedule tomorrow and join the 'NGK' team for the final schedule.
Being made on a big budget, ‘NGK’ is tipped to be a political drama that will see Suriya playing the role as Nandha Gopalan Kumaran. Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, ‘NGK’ has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who is working with Suriya after sometime now.
The makers initially planned for a release this Diwali. However, reports now suggest that the team is targeting for the Christmas weekend.
