The actor has flown to the country to shoot for Maatraan
Suriya will be shooting for over 25 days in Russia with the Maatraan unit, which had flown there a few days earlier. The actor is expected to be back in Chennai in time for Diwali, when 7aum Arivu releases.
Maatraan has Kajal Aggarwal playing the female lead.
Anand's regulars like Harris Jayaraj (music) and Suba (writers) are on board Maatraan along with cinematographer Soundararjan, who was once his associate.
