The shooting of Director PS Mithran's 'Sardar 2', the sequel to actor Karthi-starrer hit 2022 film began a couple of days ago. In unfortunate incident, a stuntman named Ezhumalai was killed when he fell down and was hit in the chest and lung.
The accident happened at Prasad Studio near Saligramam, Chennai, where the shooting of the film was happening. The stuntman apparently fell from a height of 20 feet while shooting for the film. The stuntman unfortunately died due to haemorrhage.
Ezhumalai who was practicing fighting without any equipment, fell from a height of 20 feet and died! The doctors informed that he died due to a fall from the top, injuries in the chest area and haemorrhaging in the lungs. The Virugampakkam police are investigating the incident.
