Sridevi's popular Tamil movies

Bollywood actress Sridevi passed away at the age of 54 on February 24, 2018, in Dubai after a sudden cardiac arrest. Sridevi was attending the wedding ceremony of actor Mohit Marwah with her husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi at the time of her death.

The entire nation was saddned by the death of Sridevi. Considered as the first female superstar of Bollywood, Sridevi had worked in hundreds of Bollywood films. She was also popular in regional language films such as - Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

In fact, Sridevi started her career as a child artist at the age of four in the Tamil movie Thunaivan in 1969. Her last Tamil movie was Puli (2015) where she played the character of cruel queen Yavanarani.
