Soori and Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Viduthalai' to release in two parts

The most successful director of Tamil cinema, Vetri Maaran is next working on 'Viduthalai' starring Soori and Vijay Sethupathi, and the final work for the film is on. Now, the latest report suggests that Soori and Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Viduthalai' is slated to release in two parts. 'Viduthalai' is based on the story of the novel 'Thunaivan' written by Jeyamohan, and Vetri Maaran has been working on the film for over a year. The skilled director has now reportedly planned to make the film in two parts as he didn't want to tamper with the film's story by making a shorter version.

The shooting for both the parts of 'Viduthalai' has been planned to be completed in one go, therefore the film's completion is taking a long time. Soori plays a cop in 'Viduthalai', while Vijay Sethupathi is a prisoner. As Vetri Maaran said earlier, Soori will be the hero of the film, while Vijay Sethupathi will be the hero of the story. But the director has given equal space for both stars, and it's going to be a remarkable film for sure.
