Mirchi Shiva-starrer 'Soodhu Kavvum 2' with a tagline Naadum Naatu Makkalum, directed by SJ Arjun is all set to release soon. The film is said to be a proper sequel to Nalan Kumarasamy’s cult classic 'Soodhu Kavvum', which released in 2013, and the makers have announced that the film will hit the screens on December 13, 2024.
The sequel stars Mirchi Shiva, Harisha, Radha Ravi, Karunakaran, MS Bhaskar, Karate Karthi, Raghu, Yog Japee, Aruldoss, Kalki and Kavi. There will be a lot of elements that connect the first part. Announcing the release date, CV Kumar wrote, "Witness the madness of the gang in theatres on 13th December. #SoodhuKavvum2 Releasing on 13th December �� Produced by C V Kumar & S Thangaraj Share & Support us friends"
The technical team has Edwin Louis scoring the music, while cinematography and editing are to be handled respectively by Karthik K Thillai and Ignatious Ashwin.
