'SK 23' to be released in theatres this Diwali!

Actor Sivakarthikeyan is currently shooting for the tentatively titled 'SK 23' which is helmed by AR Murugadoss. Touted to be an action entertainer, the movie went on floors last month and it stars Sivakarthikeyan and Rukmini Vasanth in lead roles. The film's music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The new buzz is that the film will be out in theatres for Diwali.


The first schedule of the movie has already been wrapped up and the latest update is that the second schedule shooting is beginning on Wednesday, March 13 in Pondicherry. Interestingly, the makers have locked Diwali as the release date of the film and an official confirmation is awaited.


On the work front, Sivakarthikeyan is now shooting for 'Amaran' with director Rajkumar Periasamy. Produced by Kamal Haasan, the film is a biographical drama of late Major Mukund Varadharajan. The film stars Sai Pallavi as the female lead and the music for it is composed by GV Prakash. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on August 15.


Moreover, as per the latest update, AR Murugadoss after 'SK 23' has signed up another film with Salman Khan.
